We are committed to continually investing in staff skills, training and have an acknowledged commitment to Health and Safety. We are CHAS and construction line certified. There are now more than 30 employees working either out on the ground or within support roles, many of whom have grown and developed within the company through our continued focus on training, we train to CSCS (Health and Safety) and NPORS/CPCS (Plant Operators) standards. We also support many of the staff through a range of NVQs.
All site teams are led by SMSTS and SSSTS trained staff that are consulted with in all stages of safety management across the business. An in-house Health, Safety and Environment Manage offers support and advice to all staff and ensures the company continues to monitor and review safety standards in line with company policies and procedures.
