Shard Surfacing & Groundworks is proudly owned by Phil & Tracey Jenkinson, starting as a surfacing business and in more recent years taking on more groundworks.

Over the years Phil has built a strong team of surfacing, hard landscaping and groundworks specialists offering excellent customer service and expert knowledge in all related matters. Being family run gives us the opportunity to really focus on your project and give you the friendly, prompt, and reliable service.

We offer a variety of surfacing services from machine and hand lay, surface dressing to road planning, whether it be a domestic driveway to a warehouse carpark. The dedicated and well-trained surfacing team can cover all aspects to an exceptional standard.

We cover all aspects of groundworks including concreting, slabbing, landscaping, fencing, excavation, drains, block paving. We conduct work in a broad spectrum of settings from private dwellings, industrial estates, caravan parks to housing developments.

We are based just outside Blackpool and conduct most of our business around the Northwest, however we also have and will travel further afield notably working in the Midlands and Northeast/Yorkshire.
